Shipping and Delivery
We understand that the shipping fee always plays an important part in the purchase decision. We offer the flat rate worldwide shipping fee (which is USD $6) per order with values under USD $30. And for the orders which are equal to or over USD $30, the free shipping will be applied to the shopping cart automatically.
After confirming your order and payment, we will start preparing your order and ship out your package within 3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays in Hong Kong). If your ordered items are pre-order products, or need a longer preparation time, we will state in the item listings clearly. And we will also inform you about this in a separate email.
Please note: If your order contains one or more pre-order items, we will dispatch all items in one single shipment when all items of your order (including both pre-order and non-pre-order items) are ready to ship.
Your order will be shipped from Hong Kong. Currently we only offer the standard shipping service to all our customers. Depending on the demand, we might consider adding other shipping services in the future.
Depending on the countries and regions, different standard shipping methods will be used. Your packages will be shipped via e-Express, registered air mail or international air parcel services provided by Hongkong Post (depending on the shipping destination and the weight of your package).
Please note: Except for the package sent via e-Express, the signature of the addressee / recipient is required upon package delivery. You are recommended to write the full name stated in the addressee’s / recipient’s identity documents in the shipping address of your order. This can minimize the risk of unable to claim the package.
Estimated time of delivery
Transit time of your package varies from the countries and regions of the destination. After we hand over your package to Hongkong Post, it normally takes about 7 to 14 business days before you can receive your package. For some countries such as Italy, Brazil, Chile, Peru and Argentina, it may take up to 1 month before you can receive your package.
Please note: The actual transit time may be longer than the estimated transit time due to the weather, the inspection by customs departments, the holidays and the festivals around the world. We CANNOT 100% guarantee about the actual delivery date of your package.
All shipped packages have the tracking number for you to trace them from time to time. In order to find out the latest delivery status of your package, you only need to input the tracking number in the web site of the corresponding shipping carrier:
Package shipped through Hongkong Post: the web site of Hongkong Post or the mail tracking website of the local post service of addressee.
Please note: Due to the processing time by the shipping carrier, it may take 1 to 2 days before you can track the package down in the website of the shipping carrier. Please be patient. In case you still cannot track your package online after a few days, please contact us for further assistance.
Occasionally there may be some problems associated to the delivery of your package. It may due to the incorrect shipping address, the addressee not available in the shipping address, and the overdue of the unclaimed packages. Under this circumstance the local post office of the destination country will return the package to us. We will contact you via email once we receive your returned package. You may either choose receiving the full refund of your order and cancelling order, or wanting us to ship the package to you again by paying the same shipping fee.
Customs duties and taxes
Since all orders will be shipped from Hong Kong, the addressee of your order is considered as the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any custom tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related charges. As the policies of customs vary by country, we cannot guarantee whether your package will be subject to customs-related fees or not. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
In addition to the customs fees, the addressee may also be responsible for other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. We are not responsible for these charges and the addressee is required to pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment.
Out of stock items
We always try our best to ensure that all in-stock products are ready to ship. However, in case the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you shortly and will issue the refund of the out-of-stock item to you within 3 working days.
The refund will be issued back to your PayPal or your credit card account (depending on the payment method you used in your order). However, depending on the policy of the issuing bank of your credit card, it may take some time for the refunded amount to be cleared. Please check with the issuing bank and/or PayPal for more details.
